Retirement of credits

In the Lake Kessel climate protection project, Pina Earth is converting 93 hectares of pine monoculture forest in Brandenburg over the project period of 30 years into a near-natural, biodiverse mixed forest.

Project activities such as the promotion of natural rejuvenation, the introduction of new species, mixture regulation and adapted game management make the forest more resistant to the consequences of climate change such as storms, drought and beetle infestation.
